Kylie Jenner is renting a six-bedroom mansion in Malibu that used to be owned by Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid.

Tenants can pay $450,000 a month for the pleasure of staying on the property, which is rented out by Elite Luxury Homes.

The 11,622 sq ft estate is perched on a hill with a view of the Pacific Ocean and the chichi Carbon Beach, according to Variety.

Carbon Beach has the nickname 'Billionaire's Beach' because such names as David Geffen and Larry Ellison have owned oceanfront property there.

Multibillionaire investor Robert F. Smith and his wife, 2010 Playmate Of The Year Hope Dworaczyk, are the present owners of the house where Kylie is staying.
Kylie has taken up residence in the sprawling area with her rapper boyfriend Travis Scott, the father of her one-year-old daughter Stormi.

Yolanda's 22-year-old daughter Bella Hadid is famously one of the best friends of Kylie's 23-year-old big sister Kendall Jenner.

Yolanda lived in the nine-bathroom compound with her then-husband David Foster and her children Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid back when the tykes were growing up.

As immortalized on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, the kitchen played host to Yolanda's floor-to-ceiling glass-door fridge full of fruit and veg.
The couple decided to sell the house in 2014 with an asking price of $27.5 million, ultimately unloading it onto Robert and Hope the following year for $19 million, Architectural Digest reported.

Around the time she first listed the property, Yolanda told Us Weekly her Lyme disease influenced her decision to relocate.

'This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don't have the strength to run this almost five-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible,' she shared.

The month after the house finally sold, Yolanda publicly revealed that she and David were breaking up, and by the end of 2017 the divorce was finalized.

The house features a massive backyard, complete with plush patio chairs that have stylized frames covered in what is either grass or turf.

These seats offer a prime look at the ocean vista down below, elegantly framed by palm trees planted along a hedge at the far end of the backyard.

From a dining room with a long brown wooden table and leather-backed chairs, guests can look out over the backyard and spot the Pacific down below.

That room has an open plan connecting it to a drawing room with a dark stone fireplace and some complementary monochrome furniture.

One of the sofas is decorated by a couple of chessboard print black and gold cushions that add an extra splash of glitz to the decor.

As with many luxury homes in Los Angeles, the house Kylie and Travis have landed in boasts an infinity pool shaded by palm trees.

After enjoying the pool, Kylie and Travis can lounge around on some nearby deck-chairs, which have the same kind of grass-or-turf frame as the patio furniture.

In keeping with Southern California's Mediterranean climate, the house has been designed to resemble a lavish villa in Tuscany.

The Italianate backyard touches include pale pink stone benches and matching garden tiles that have immaculately trimmed grass growing in between them.

There are also large stretches of solid grassy area, punctuated by occasional bushes and palm trees here and there.

Smack dab in the grass, a pink stone fireplace sits on matching tiles, surrounded by four turf-framed chairs with Hampton's chic navy and white cushions.

One of the living rooms, which contains a rounded pink sofa by a lattice coffee table, opens onto a grassy balcony with deck chairs.
