Her husband David Beckham was banned from driving for six months on Thursday, after being caught with his phone on his knee.

Victoria didn't look too happy with the verdict on Thursday, as she was pictured leaving The Mark hotel in New York, with a glum look on her face.

Victoria was wearing an outfit from her own collection, choosing a checked shirt which was tucked into a black pleated skirt which had a grey waistband.

She was wearing a pair of tight red peep toe knee high boots, which added a pop of colour to her ensemble.

But no matter how quirky her wardrobe appeared, there was no mistaking Victoria's expression on the day as she headed to a business meeting.

David was caught with his phone on his knee while at the wheel of his £100k Bentley - despite claiming he needs his licence for the school run.

He was also ordered to pay a £750 fine after admitting using his phone while driving in November.

Wearing a sharp grey suit and tie for his appearance at Bromley Magistrates Court, the former England captain was given six points on his driving licence and banned.

He was banned from the roads by District Judge Catherine Moore, who added six points to his licence which already had six points on it from two previous speeding offences.

Beckham showed no reaction as the sentenced was passed down.

Matthew Spratt, a prosecuting solicitor, said: 'There are already six points for two speeding matters.

'On 21 November last year at 1pm, the defendant was seen in a Bentley in slow moving traffic. He was seen by a member of the public looking at his lap.'
